Amazing spa, pool, and views. The location is just stunning with beautiful surrounding apple orchards and vineyards. The staff were friendly, especially Tamas at the bar. The food, particularly the breakfasts, was excellent with high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is situated in the charming valley around the river Vinschgau, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. There are plenty of opportunities for walking and exploring the beautiful nature in the area. the rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are well, maintained. the staff provides excellent service, making guests feel welcome and at home. the breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel also offers fantastic spa facilities, including pools and sauna, perfect for relaxation after a day of adventure.
One negative aspect is the lack of qualified staff in the main restaurant, particularly in terms of knowledge of wine selection and food served. This can lead to a less, than, ideal dining experience who are expecting a higher level of professionalism.

The hotel offered complimentary Wi-Fi and parking, which was great for my business trip. Its location was also convenient, being close to the conference center and local restaurants. The room I stayed in had a comfortable bed, which made for a good night's sleep.
My stay was not entirely pleasant. The staff was unattentive and unfriendly, which made me feel unwelcome.

The spa and wellness centre at this hotel were beyond luxurious. I indulged in the massage and the body scrub, and both were exceptionally relaxing. the indoor swimming pool and the sauna had a calming and rejuvenating effect which was just what I needed - the saltwater pool, in particular, was a highlight.
Although the food was generally excellent, the drinks menu in the bar was quite limited. the attentive staff more than made up for this by creating bespoke cocktails to suit my tastes.

The hotel is located in the breathtaking Vinschgau area, surrounded by picturesque mountains and charming valleys. The rooms are cosy and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The kind and friendly staff provide excellent service, making guests feel welcome. The breakfast buffet is opulent and the food served, especially the local and bio products, are delicious. The newly renovated wellness area, with a partly covered swimming pool and an outside standing sauna, adds to the overall relaxation experience.
The pool is not open for longer hours in the evenings.

Limited choices of food, especially during breakfast, which didn't meet our expectations. the staff were friendly but too informal, sometimes lacking professionalism.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue that fulfilled all of our needs. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with a wide range of amenities such as a Jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. the massage was one of the best I've ever had, and the beauty treatments were top, notch. the outdoor swimming pool was stunning, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the garden area was well, maintained and had a beautiful sun terrace. the restaurant offered special diet menus and served exquisite dinners. Packed lunches were available for those on, the, go.
The only minor issue we had was the service at the bar/lounge area. Although the majority of the staff were friendly and professional, some of them were slow to respond to our requests, and we had to wait for quite some time for our orders to be taken.
